I’M HERANI. I WORK AS A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, SITE DIRECTOR, SPEAKER, AND CONSULTANT.

My mission is to support, empower, and equip individuals to reach their full potential. I aim to support individuals wholly and deeply, with compassion and understanding. In all that I provide professionally, my goal is to bring inclusion, fun, humor, knowledge, and empowerment for others to feel held, seen, and ready to take on what’s next. I am an extrovert who loves connecting with others. Whether you are looking for a therapist for yourself or a loved one, speaker for your event, training for your team, consultation support for yourself, or to just connect- I’d love to hear from you!

Education, Experience and Trainings: 

  • IFS Level 1 and Level 2 trained with specific level 2 training in Eating Disorders and Addiction.

  • EMDR trained

  • Experience working in Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient levels of care.

  • 10+ years of experience in public speaking and training.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience including team leads and director positions.

  • B.S. in Counseling and Human Services from Point University

  • M.S. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University.

  • DEI advocate with training in Addiction & Eating Disorder care for BIPOC populations

  • Trained in Child Centered Play Therapy and Adolescent Therapy

FUN FACTS

• I enjoy baking. Chocolate chip cookies are my specialty! • I love to travel and experience new cultures- especially the food! • I like watching tv shows over movies. A part of my self care looks like binge watching my favorite shows! • I enjoy spending time outside with my dog, Della. She is a future therapy dog in training.
