In all that I provide professionally, my goal is to bring inclusion, fun, humor, knowledge, and empowerment for others to feel held, seen, and ready to take on what’s next.
I offer training and workshop opportunities for companies, schools and universities, non profit organizations, and mental health practices and organizations on various mental health topics.
